In these sessions, you will be working with Ms. Rashmi Gopal, an Integrative health coach who is being mentored in Ayurveda by Dr.Santosh and Dr.Anupama.
She will be collaborating with the doctors to help their patients imbibe Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle principles into their lives. She will offer specific guidance and hand holding to patients in terms of recipes, better cooking styles, setting daily rhythm which will naturally lead to better treatment outcomes.

Rashmi Gopal is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, who is being mentored in Ayurvedic diet coaching from Dr.Anupama and Dr.Santosh.

IIN is the world’s leading health coaching and nutrition school based in New York, USA. She is well equipped with knowledge and experience on subjects of nutrition science, ayurvedic dietetics, holistic lifestyle, functional medicine and coaching skills.
Over the last decade, she has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, medical histories, goals and coached them on food, nutrition and lifestyle to help them with menstrual health, gut health, hormonal balance, pre-diabetes, improved sleep, improved energy levels, weight management, how to cook healthy recipes, manage and heal hypothyroid/ PCOS, manage postpartum health concerns.
She aligns her work to the ayurvedic principle of Aahaara (Food), Vihaara (Lifestyle) and Oushadha (Medicine) to help her clients achieve their health goals.
